Why should you donate to our cause?
All profit and non-profit businesses alike need start-up money. Here are some expenses you will help us cover:

- Payment for artists guarantees and working crew.
- The large meal and tableware for each dinner party.
- Paid advertisements in different mediums.
- Post-event production for audio and video.
- All equipment rentals.

These are the expenses that we must cover in order to create a successful memorable night for those of you that join us. We are thankful for the support that many of you show us by reducing prices, giving us free rentals, and volunteering your time to help.

The benefit of supporting our cause?
In the future Document and Dinner hopes to become a fully non-profit organization that will help raise money for a caring and creative art driven Shreveport, provide training and education for those that wish to learn more about concert and event production, and dedicate an account to a charity fund for full-time touring bands that require financial assistance after automotive disasters.

Donations of $25.
Will receive a single admittance, meal at the next taping of an Episode, a mp3 download sampler of live tracks from an Episode, and a personal thank you note from the crew of Document and Dinner.

Donations of $50.
Will receive admittance for two, a meal for the pair at the next taping of an Episde, a mp3 download sampler of live tracks from an Episode, an 11 x 17 custom silk-screened show poster, and a personal thank you note from the crew of Document and Dinner.

Donations of $100 or more.
Will receive admittance for 5, a meal for each accompanying companion to the next taping of an Episode, a mp3 download sampler of live tracks from an Episode, three 11 x 17 custom silk-screened show posters, and a personal thank you note from the crew of Document and Dinner.

Donations of $250 or more.
Will receive admittance for up to 12 individuals, a meal for each accompanying companion to the next taping of an Episode, a mp3 download sampler of live tracks from an Episode, five 11 x 17 custom silk-screened show posters, a free custom sculpted decorated cake for you and your party, your name or organization will receive a special credit in a podcast of your choice from the Episode taping you attend, and a personal thank you note from the crew of Document and Dinner.

Donations of $500 or more.
Will receive admittance for up to 25 individuals, a meal for each accompanying companion to the next taping of an Episode, a mp3 download sampler of live tracks from an Episode, ten 11 x 17 custom silk-screened show posters, a free custom sculpted decorated cake for you and your party, your name or organization will receive a special credit in all video podcasts that come from the taping you attend, and a personal thank you note from the crew of Document and Dinner.

Donations of $1000
Will receive admittance for up to 50 individuals, a meal for each accompanying companion to the next taping of an Episode, a mp3 download sampler of live tracks from an Episode, 25 – 11 x 17 custom silk-screened show posters, a free custom sculpted decorated cake for you and your party, the primary donator’s name or organization will receive a special credit in all video podcasts for a year, and a personal thank you note from the crew of Document and Dinner.

*All cakes can be redeemed at another time, and do not have to be created the night of the closest Episode taping.
**All silk-screened posters will be individually numbered and signed by the artists and printers.
