Mix Vegetable Pakoras
Fresh vegetable fritters made with spinach, potatoes, onions, cauliflower.
Vegetarian Entrees:
Navratan Korma
A combination of mixed vegetables marinated in yogurt, cooked with cream, spices, and various dried fruit.
Palak Paneer
Cottage cheese cubes cooked with fresh spinach and spices
Non-vegetarian Entrees:
Chicken Tikka Masala
Boneless chicken tikka cooked in a rich creamy tomato sauce with mild herbs and spices
Chicken 65
Tender pieces of boneless chicken marinated in special spices and cooked with yogurt and curry leaves.
Sides:
Biryani
White rice.
Nan
Semi-leavened flour bread baked in a clay oven.
Raita
Yogurt with onions, tomatoes, and cucumbers.
Reservations will cost $25 a person, and will be due the night of the event. This cost will cover you for a plate of food, a beverage, admission to watch the night, help touring artists, and show your support for this community.
